Why is it that Dads quit?

Why is it that Dads quit? and mother continually put effort to raising their kids. Just because the Dad calls them and keeps in touch with them doesn't give them the right to be a Dad. Its like divorces, the mother gets the kids and the house and the Dad gets the secretary. Dads get the enjoyment of keeping in touch with their kids and not the responsibility.
Ok...I am done venting...
