The Beginning is yet the end

The beginning is yet the end
It’s not what we know
as much as what I haven’t felt
The start is just a past memory
Creeping inside your head
Like what we thought were forgotten thoughts
Dusty trail behind
But still visual enough to see
that it was in front of me
your head cannot forget your broken heart
The bleeding, shredding torn up part
Its left me bruised and battered
And the scars are all still there
Scars of memories
That I wish would leave like the rain
